Unprofessional attitude from both customer care and Service Center.

A new Samsung A8 purchased on 10th Nov 2015 was sent to repair on 04th Nov 2016 while it was still under warranty. Problem reported: Phone was not vibrating for incoming calls/messages. The customer care has not resolved the issue so far, but has been reporting multiple issues which were not even detected while I was using the phone. This clearly indicates that either the customer care is not competent enough to handle service requests or is not professional enough to acknowledge and resolve issues.
