Letv mobile company - Non availability of service within stipulated time

Dear sir,

This is harshal deore residing at talkie nagari, rahatani pine. I were buy mobile phone of letv company from s k cellular mobile shop at pimpri market on dated 20-11-2016 through my credit card and go back to my workplace I.e. khedive (ratnagiri) Maharashtra on same day. On very next day figure print sensor of my mobile were stop working as well as I am facing problem of heating as well mobile get hanged. I am revisited the shop after 20 days on my next visit to pine that time I get address of service centre of letv and advised by sales executive to visit that service center when I visited there technician of service centre check the mobile and told me that " This problem is not resolve at service centre we have to submit this device to company for there repair and in that case u have option, Your mobile get repaired by company if problem is not resolve by them then they will give u new mobile handset if handset is not available with company then in that case they will refund it invoice amiunt" that time I don't have another mobile phone so I decided to submit latter on when I get another mobile for temporary use because my mobile is under warranty period of one year. After six month in the month of June I get another mobile and I had decided to revisit service centre on dated 26th June 2017 I have visited "Vision tech enterprises pinprick (service centre for letv) and submit my handset for repair and get expected date for repair is 3rd July 2017 but till date I didn't get my handset back. I used to visit from khedive ratnagiri to pine for my phone is about 7 times but every time I am only getting answer that "Bhaiya parts available nahi his" even before one month I get call from letv warehouse regarding reconfirmation of parts weather I submitted my mobile phone to service centre or not then every next week I visited service centre and told them that I had call regarding parts dispatch and how you said that yet you have not received the same then I get answer from them "please give me that mobile number from where you received the call" I replied them its your duty to confirm with your warehouse weather parts dispatched or not, then again j get same answer "Bhaiya wo warehouse wale jhoot bolte hai" then I get contact details of area sales manager for letv Mr. Minor and he replied me as " mere pass parts nahi his 2-3 mahine main aayenge to laga dunga aur iske aagge aage aapko Jo karna hai kar lo aur wapas phone nahi karna"
Now I finally decided to file case in consumer forum against letv mobile company, vision tech enterprises pimpri pine and s k cellular pimpri pune
