Hello. My name is sundeep aneja. i purchased Google pixel mobile last year on 01.02.2017 for INR65000. few months it was working fine. but after i was facing mic n speaker issue. i gave to google service center in Indira nagar bangalore call logged date is 24.11.2017. they replaced my mobile mother board. after that it started giving me heating and battery issue. i visited again on 30.11.2017 they said sir software issue is there, it will b resolved. they did the software after 2 days again it started giving me problem. i went again on jan they replaced the battery and after that it started giving me camera and touch issue, i went multiple times they couldn't fixed the issue properly. my last submission was on 31.1.2018. i called to google customer care they escalated the issue. and promised me to replaced the device. it was too delayed from their side to give the confirmation to cover it under warranty. finally they approved it and sent my device to Bombay center. after few days they sent me a mail saying that it will b charged. it was kind of cheating. so i called to google again. they said sir ill give under warranty. now is been many days i didn't get any call or mail, when i called again they said your old device is ready .. n we will deliver u in a days or two. but till now i haven't received my device. its been like 4 months i didn't use my device. and they said they will replace my deceive but they didn't. old device is having so many problem. and after this service they wont give the warranty because my warranty is expired now. so who will take the responsibility if i get the same issue again. i want to take a action again them and i want my money and compassion. i have all the proof documents and mail. please help me out in this case.my contact numbers are 9986599865, 9986799867.
