I have bought the Moto E4 Plus from flipkart after use found out automatically switched off and I have placed a return request.

First time they rejected and said to reboot the phone.
I did reboot, factory reset still not working properly automatically switched off even charged.
Please get me a replacement or refund as I cannot use the mobile proper due unaccepted switched off.
I didn't expect such a customer service from flipkart.

I had done with missing call but they don't try to contact me.
