Mobile Not working, purchased LeEco2 Instrument though Fipkart. Now in warranty period

I have purchased LeEco2 Instrument though Fipkart. Now in warranty period it is not working after charging the instrument and not getting on. It was given in Service center last from 1.5 months, They are not responding and say still take time due to spare. I would like to return the mobile and want to claim the refund amount with compensation, kindly guide and help for the same.
