Dear Sir,
I buyed Coolpad Note 5 on 10.04.2017 Via Amazon whoose IMEI no is 911533258385259, it is less than one month i have been using this phone and its head set jack is not working, I went to the customer service Center (Dhara Enterprise) Vadodara, they told me that it may take 3.5 months to resolve the issue, after that i talked with the company customer care, they are also not giving a satisfactory answer for the issue, I suggested them to call me when u receive the hard ware from the company so that i should not keep the phone in your custody for so long period, but they refused, they are also asking me to go to other cities service center Sir, in this case you may please help to resolve the issue
