Redmi Note 3 to oneassist - No delivery of product

I Adarsh Kumar Tiwary, have handed over my Redmi Note 3 to oneassist, now my handset is ready to pick up at mi service centre as I got message from mi.Whenever I talk to oneassist customer care they always lie and make excuses and saying your product will deliver after a month as it takes time to process. they behave very badly. When i asked to talk to senior authority they refuse to transfer call to any responsible authority. always lie.I am tired now. they always say we will fix a call back for you but i never got a call from company. they are harrassing me.
please help someone.
