Dear Sir,
I have purchage XIomi redmi note 3 on 21 july 16. after just 2 month my phone stop working in my hand only without reason. i have given to service center they repair with reason software update was required but after 4-5 days only mobile again stop working. i have given service center on 3-10-16.they said will call you . but even 7 days no call recived .i have called .they said mother board need to replace. i asked timeline but they not given exact date says whithin a week. after that i have called 4-5 times to service center and mi company also but they always says in short time they will repair but no respone recived from company. they just say and forget and they give same reason to many of my friends that mother board need to change. I guess they makes fool to customer. they use faulty parts in mobile and not repair product too long time. i am fainted to call them again and again . I dont know when my mobile will back. still after 35 days i dont know when they will back my mobile and also after recieving how long it will work properly??.please help me to revert my money back from this fraud company
