lyf water 1 phone problems

I have my lyf water 1 piece which found network problem since 5/12/16 so I deposited on 7/12/16 at care center near adajan patiya, Surat , Gujarat 395005

But the phone purchase at 21/04/2016,

The phone is still in warranty but the care center is not considered my phone in warranty, they apply repairing charges 5000-6000 rs.

So please see this issue i m sure I’m not open this phone by outside other service center.
