I also made complain to NGO- support@jagograhakjago.com,
jagograhakjagohelpline@gmail.com(Complain Number 9958690) whose name is similar to yours but they said that they cannot take legal action and gave your reference.
I had made a purchase of Leeco Le2 mobile from Flipkart.com. The speakers of the mobile are not working(media volume). I cannot listen to the opposite person while communication while ringtone works. When I made the purchase the company had service center at Ambavadi as well as Himalaya Mall which was also confirmed by customer care of the company.

But when I went to the service centers they had shut the office. Now there is only one service center named Onetouch (HCL) ,Ashram Road which takes the phone and keeps them for two three months responding that they have not received the part yet from the company.

Also, their phone is not working so need to go there personally.

My phone is under warranty and still, I have to go without a phone as they do not respond properly every time I go there. It’s not only me but there are also other customers with similar complain whom I meet whenever I go there.
