My sister mobile model is: Sony Xpedia C5 when my sister taken a internet connection and open Amazon shopping app. And play the game that time mobile automatically shutdown.So already we change a battery dt.on 31/01/2018 Now against start same problem.

Note: each and every company authorised mobile service center not pickup the phone.
