Complaint against Syska Gadget secure insurance company because mobile not received

Dear sir,

Kindly consider this as my complaint against Syska Gadget secure insurance company because my phone is in their possession from the last two and a half months and despite my many multiple follow ups they are not returning my phone to me. I have called to their helpline, written to their customer care many times but still my phone has not been returned to me and no proper response has been given. I have also asked them to connect my call to their senior person in-charge but they put my call on hold for very long and then disconnect my call at that time. So I am writing to you with a hope that you will help me and take legal strict action against the company. This company seems to be a fraud company.

For your reference I am putting down more details related to my case:
Purchased HTC handset (model: Desire 826, IMEI no.: 359632060112304 ) on 11/10/2015 with an insurance cover of INR 1200. This insurance provider is Syska Gadget Secure.

I handed over my handset to Syska Gadget Secure (located at 521, Udyog Vihar, Phase V, Gurgaon) on 10/08/2016 and my CIN number given by Syska regarding my complaint is 1607154265.

Its been more than two and a half months and till date they have not returned my phone.

HTC company has sent me a SMS on 21/10/2016 confirming that my mobile handset has been delivered to Syska office at Gurgaon.

After HTC's confirmation I called up Syska Gadget Secure customer team to find out when should I visit to collect my HTC mobile. In response the customer care agent told me that they have not received the mobile and it is still under process.

I am a architect student and my 90% of study work/ project work is facilitated through my phone. So now you will be able to understand my sorrow and problems that I have been facing.

I request you to take such strict legal actions against this company that they are penalized for harassing consumers like this.
