Complaint against Airtel for Wrong bill charged for Airtel Mobile Number

Dear Sir,
I was using the Airtel No. 9560598904, 4 - month ago they charged on Rs.500/ for data service while I had not uses the same, As I had taken the plan of 299 in which 1.6 GB data plan was available. I never uses more than this.
So I did several correspondences with Airtel to correct the bill but they don't do and started adding this extra amount with others charges like late penalty in next every bill. I did not paid such extra amount and now it reaches to Rs.1392/ though service are stopped since two month.
Now they are charging this amount in my corporate Airtel mobile Number.
Please help the way forward.
