Facing issue with samsung Ambey Communication service center,faridabad Nh-5

Speaker is not Working,getting very Low voice, one of the Executive of service center told it will get repaired within two days, but after two days,when i visited he said the part is not in stock. then i am following customer care some are saying it it cancelled, some are saying it is pending, not able to know the exact reason.Even they are not telling the exact time duration,they are just making the person fool..please look into this
