Dear Sir/Madam,

We would like to inform that we have purchase a Redmi 3S Prime Gold 32 G Model phone form direct online in authorized web site of redmi company against Inv. No.1474518954683376613 dt 22-09-2016 order No.5160921387860475 with Amount 8999/- in cash mode. But when we unsealed and open this phone we found that it's screen not working which reason we have unable to use this product.

After when we complaint at customer care service they take it return and no any reply form last 20 Days..

So, we request to you please help us.

    I am Rahul From Gurgaon . My complaint is regarding Apple 6s . I got apple 6s on my birthday as a gift , which I did not opened for 3 weeks , and when I open it few days later i found that the device has huge manufacturing defects .
