Product sell forcely, order one mobile through Snapdeal app

I order one mobile through Snapdeal app and the same product i received on 25/12/2016 without any prior information from the courier partner of company but before delivering the product i cancelled my order with the same way but the company's courier executive forcely delivered the product by saying that you please kept this product but if you want to return the product then you can return after delivered due to of already shipping then i kept the product with me.
On the next day i request to return the product but snapdeal is saying that we cannot take back our product by giving some excuses although i didn't open the product packing as yet.
This shows how they are misguiding there esteemed customers with this cause.
So you are requested to look in this matter and try to resolve soon by refunding my money.
