I have submitted my Moto G Turbo phone in the Motorola Service Centre at Tilak Nagar on 15 Nov 2016. They assured that the phone will be repaired in two-week's time. After that I have visited the Motorola Service Centre several times but to no effect. The person there made several excuses for the phone being not repaired. They didn't provide me with a standby phone either. I didn't get any satisfactory response from them. It's been more than 45 days now and the phone is still not repaired. I have suffered a lot during these days. At last I bought a new phone unwillingly. Kindly look into the matter and help me with this.
