phone not returned after service under warranty

I have purchased MICROMAX A300(WHITE GOLD) Mobile from Jasmine Infinite TRADE Pvt. Ltd. on 21.03.2015 vide bill no.JAS/A/362188. The mobile was given to MICROMAX company for repair under Warranty as it was malfunctioning vide Job sheet number W010360-0116-21636591 on 30.01.2016, through their vadodara service center. The phone is not returned after repair even after 69 days.

Every time i contacted customer care center, i get same reply "It will be returned in 21 days"

It is therefore requested that the mobile be returned within next one week or original orise of mobile be paid back to me.
