Dear Sir,
I have purchased Karbonn mobile from Reliance digital c. g. road, ahmedabad. I got problem in my touch screen so i gave the mobile to service centre at ahmedabad and it was in warranty period. since last more than 3 months i have not received my mobile back. They are offering me new mobile but my mobile cost was rs 8000 and they offered me 4000 mobile so i refuse for this offer. please look into this matter and let us know the procedure for complaint and to get my mobile back.
