RES SIR,
I SANKET HALANI RES AT SURENDRANAGAR HAD PURCHASED A MOBILE ON LINE FROM FLIPCART AS ON 20-11-2015. AND GET MOBIOLE AS ON 27-11-2015. AS I RECEIVED THE MOBILE THIS MOBILE IS VERY VERY FAULTY. SCREEN NOT WORKING, NOT CHARGING PROPERLY, AND BATTERY BACKUP NOT WORKING. I HAD TOLD TO FILCART AND THEY HAD GIVEN ME THE NUMBER OF MOTORALA CARE CENTER OF AHMEDABAD . I HAD VISIT TO THIS CARE CENTER AND HANDED OVER THE MOBILE TO CARE CENTER AS ON 27-01-2016. THEN ONWARD THE COMPANY IS REPLY AND SAY THAT WITHIN SEVEN DAYS YOUR MOBILE WILL OK.. THERE ARE OVER 2 MONTH PASSED STILL THE COMPANY SAY PLEASE WAIT FOR SEVEN DAYS.I AM HIGHLY TIRED WITH COMPANY.NI HAD EMAIL TO COMPANY WEB SITE NEARLY 20 EMAIL BUT THERE ARE A SINGLE ANSWER THAT WITH IN SEVEN DAYS YOUR MOBILE WILL OK. PLEASE NOTE MY COMPLIENT AGAINST THE COMPANY AND ALSO FILIPCAT TO SELL THIS TYPE OF FAULTY MOBILE ON LINE AND CHEAT TO THE COUSTOMER. -- PLEASE DO NEEDFUL AND OBLIGE US. -- SANKET HALANI 0 9879482782
