motorolla hasn't repaired phone in time still phone with company

i have bought motoroly x play mobile from flipcart on 15/10/15 for rs. 15299/-. f on 21st of january 2016 it''s voice is not reaching to listner, and i went to service centre and thay told it''s need to change mother board and will take 15 days, i have mailed motorolla but they ask me to wait, i cannot wait for 15 days and also why should i use phone which need to change mother board in around 90 days, still phone is not ready, company told us that it will take 19th of march 2016. we need our money back.
