Mobile phone not returned from the service and giving fake dates from last 21 days

I've submitted my YU yuphoria phone on 8/2/2016 to the authorised service centre which is in ahmedabad at naranpura and they promised to return my device in 12 days which they failed to do so then when i contacted them they are giving me fake dates and promises about returning my device.My device was purchased on 30/07/2015 and had 1 year warranty so it is still under warranty
