Cheating by selling Defective Mobile Handset

I Have purchased a INTEX Turbo S5 Mobile having serial no 911474203656488 from your Dealer Jasmin The Biggest Mobile Shop from Anand Gujarat having GST No 24190402413 and CST No 24690402413 on dated 08-02-2016 @ 7:30 PM and at the time of purchase the Dealer gave us the guarantee that if in 7 Days I Face any problem in the mobile he will replace me the mobile but on 14-02-16 @ 1:30 PM he refuses to do so

In addition to this the behaviour was also very pathetic which is really not expected
