मेने 17-03-2016 को कमर्सिअल वेबसाइट फ्लिपकार्ट से LeEco कंपनी का मोबाईल मोडल नाम Li 1s 10999 में ख़रीदा .. फ़ोन थोड़े दिन तो सही चला उसके बाद उसमे सॉफ्टवेयर प्रॉब्लम बटन प्रॉब्लम हो गई। . जिसको मेने अपने यहाँ के कंपनी के सर्विस सेंटर ऋषभ टेलिकॉम में 20-05-2016 को रखा। उन्होंने मुझे 15 दिन का टाइम दिया था . और बोला की आपका फ़ोन वापस रिप्लेस होके 15 दिन में आ जायेगा पर सर आज 1 महीना और 14 दिन हो गए पर मेरा फ़ोन नहीं आया और मेने कंपनी के कस्टमर सपोर्ट में भी बहुत फ़ोन किये पर मुझे कोई जवाब नहीं मिल पाया। .. सर फ़ोन की वजह से मेरे बहुत मानसिक समस्या हो रही हे। आप से निवेदन हे की आप कंपनी के ऊपर उचित कर्यवाही करे फ़ोन मोबाईल
