Yu Yureka Mobile repair 6 months no response

This is very unprofessional and thug behavior of Company named - YU , seller of mobile Yureka .

They collected my mobile for repair and never returned , till 6 months have passed ,

Whenever i contact , they dont answer , if they do , they have the same response that to wait for some more time ,

Are you serious , in 6 months , can you not repair a phone or is it a scam or thug behavior of Yu.

I want to know the procedure to file case against the company.
