Defective mobile, still lying at service center from last 15 days. Poor service response.

Problem: Mic does not work when loudspeaker is turned on. It is manufacturing defect.
Summary: Got mobile on 23rd March 2016 and submitted to Jaipur service center on 5th April 2016.
Till date service is not provided as part is not available.
The infocus company should:
1. Change the handset by new.
or
2. Extend the warranty equal to the days when mobile was on service center.
or
3. Return the whole money and keep the defective handset with them.
