Online COmplain Reliance Systems Wrongly Deducting Balance

Reliance is taking some Indian number as International number and then deducts balance according to ISD call rate.

Its second time when I have faced this force of balance deduction from Reliance. My mobile has shown notification after ending of a call like this: "Last call charge for 00:00:32 is from main bal: 15.000. Available Main Bal: Rs 3.598", there respective call detail is "June 3, 2016 12:24 PM, 32 Seconds, 7023083___ (Mobile - Airtel, Rajasthan, India)".

Then I talk with customer care and they had told me that they have done it in correct way because your callee number is an international number as per our system.
