facing problem with xiaomi redmi2 mobile phone.

I faced lots of problem after brought redmi 2s .....it is heating
during use... and camera not working properly ...and hanging is one of
the big issue not support any sd card etc.I contact service center
three times which is 50 kms far from my place but not got any solution
and they return back every time after 15 days and said that these type
of phones are useless it is very dumb company and i also contacted to
the company's customer support and they said use our pick service which costs
189₹ but it costs me 250₹ by internet cafe and taking printouts and it
gives me many days for picking not resolved my problem which was as it
is after 10 days and they removed my tempered glass and scratched on
screen and when i compained to them they talk me in very worst
language... The service center is in Bareilly U.P...Now please tell me
what can i do???i m very much fed up after bought xiaomi redmi 2s.The details are as follows-
