Delay in providing service micromax handset AE90 CDMA +GSM

I am Ritika Mishra was using micromax handset AE90 CDMA +GSM phone IMEI/ESN No; 911338200007427,91990370000742 model code: SERMOB0412 I was facing problem with my phone so I submitted phone(Under warranty) at Gorakhpur micromax service center on 31st August 2015 with providing Job sheet no:N040683081518894982 they said it will take time for 15 days. After 15 days I din not get any information about my handset then I registered complaint at micromax care on 18/09/2015 with complaint number MMX1809151031029 they also gave assurance that they will resolve my problem within 15 days. Again I called micromax care after 15 days on 05/10/2015 and they are still saying they will resolve my problem withing 15 days. I have sent several mails on info@micromaxinfo.com but they are delaying in repair. please solve my problem. Thank you
