Bad product and provide not waranti

I purchased a Micromax Nintro 4G E 455 Mobile phone on 13th Oct 2015. My Phone display is unseen and service centre said that LCD is crack after seen the mobile. Service centre send my mobile Delhi head office for maintnaince and they are not cover warranty.

I want warranty and maintanance without charge but they are not agree. Please help me. Why should Break a LCD in pocket.
