About samsung j5 manufacturing problem in memory card slot

i have bought a samsung j5 on 18/10/15 it have a manufacturing problem in memory card slot and i take it to samsung service center but they didn't take any action on it and said that it is not our problem call on customer care i have called on customer care and registered my complain after 10 or 15 minutes a message camed your problem solved then i called again and they told me that we have to show our director that problem is solved so that we have to message you a fake message but your problem is unable to solve to solve your problem you have to pay rs.7200 to us.
then i asked them that my mobile is in warranty and it is manufacturing problem so why should i pay for it.
then they told me you have to pay 7200.rs or take your mobile from here.

this is my problem i need ur help
