Display issue compling against MOTOROLA handset MOTO G 2

I have display issue in MOTOROLA handset MOTO G 2. mobile display is under warranty but Motorola not providing service I get a call from Motorola and one of executive told me that it will take more time we did not get any approval from the senior person and we will get back to you within 48 hrs.

same response I am getting from last 4 times but a problem is still same they are not replying.
