Dear Sir,
I bought INTEX CLOUD SWIFT mobile on 23th DEC 2015 for 8,888rs/-as enclosed copy of bill. I got a problem with 10days of purchase, the phone was neither switching on nor charging.
I gave it for servicing in VASAVI ASSOCIATES, TIN NO: 36480100638, on 11/12/2015.
I have been informed from your Customer care that it is resolved and said please come and collect. When I went there, they have cheated me by giving “Intex Trend (USED)” with my IMEI sticker placed on it, without informing me that they are replacing with another mobile. When I asked them, that it is not my phone, they said, we have replaced with Trend and your phone is dead. I have refused to take that already used mobile as a replacement for the new one. Later they said we were unable to service it and we will replace your mobile with new mobile.
On 11th Jan 2016, they offered Intex Aqua Power HD as a replacement. This mobile is not at all matching with the Specification of my mobile and the price of that mobile is also less compared to my mobile. I have asked for the same specifications and they are delaying and not providing the solution.
Till now, two months are completed, but mobile was not still replaced. On 06/02/2016, Saturday, they said they will give another mobile Intex Aqua Super as replacement and made me wait for 3hrs, later they said we are not getting approval and we will provide you on Monday (08/02/2016). Every time the service Engineers and managers (Bharath (CM) & Mohan Mumar (ASM) of Vasavi Associates are giving me different reasons.
Please take necessary action and it is giving me lot of mental stress. I need to be compensated.
