Hi Sir,
I am Ravi Vakkalagadda, resident of Kukatpally, Hyderabad, Telangana, India (Pin-500072). I purchased a mobile from Mi.com and mobile model is Redmi Prime. Along with mobile I purchased a Mi Protect plan worth 300 rupees. After 3 months my mobile screen broke and I submitted my mobile for repair to One Assist who are tied up with Mi. Now it has been one month since they took my mobile and I still did not receive it back after repair. I am regularly sending emails to OneAssist but they do not reply and their customer service people also not giving right response. This looks like fraud company. Please help me in this regard. My OneAssist membership id is 1000505935 and claim id is SR#1352968.
