Snap deal cheating me

Sir I want to register a complaint against Snap deal india as I have order a Hawei honee bee whose order 9744849122-dt 02-11-2015. & after confirming the order, they removed the order from order history without notifying me. Even by 20th Nov 2015 I have received a confirmation email from Snapdeal stating that the order will be delivered by within one week .
I have not even intimated that the order has been cancelled. I was informed about the cancellation only after calling the customer care to complain about the missing order.
Now I want to raise a complaint on the fact that they can't do this without my permission. They do not have the rights to do this. I didn't know by doing this what will they get but by doing this they making the customer fool. So please register this complaint so that they can't do this again to their customers. Firstly they give fake deals then they also confirm the order then after confirming then they cancel the order of customer by their self & says to customer that this is due to technical error. Now if this is due to technical error then why they have their technical support? What is doing the technical support?
OK if this is due to technical support then they have to put customer order on hold why they confirm the customer order? This is a fraud against customer as firstly give fake deals then confirm order & after confirming the order they cancel without any permission from customer.
Also they say me that the promotion cede is given by third party as no third party have the rights to give promotional offers without the permission of the company. So as snap deal allows the third party to use their name & run promotional offers on their site by their permission. Their for a complaint must be registered against snap deal as firstly they allows third party to run promotional offers by using their name & then after confirming the order from customer they cancel it by their self. I really doubt customer privacy with snapdeal India.
in entire snap deal team promise to me deliver arranged in one week so many days i struggle and waiting my mobile after one week they are cancelled my order with out information to me. So i complaint to Snap deal team please raise my complaint and punish (and i want phone amount) the snap deal
