DEFECTIVE PRODUCT purchased a Moto M from Flipkart

I purchased a Moto M from Flipkart. Invoice dated 24.12.2016.On 10.01.2017 at 1830 hrs my phone hanged up in the evening and kept rebooting at an time interval of 5-10 secs.It kept giving a message in black band.

YOUR PHONE HAS FAILED VERIFICATION IT MAY NOT WORK PROPERLY. IT WILL REBOOT IN 5 SECS.

Reboot kept occurring till 0830 pm night.Then i guess the battery went off so rebooting stopped.Many times it rebooted and reached the unlock screen of android but after making the pattern it again kept rebooting with the same error message.At 2100 pm when the battery got empty i put the phone on charge but it was not even charging. Many times blue dotted lines also appeared on the screen.

The very next day I visited the motorola service center in Bhubaneswar then they diagnosed and told that the motherboard of the phone has gone off and we need to change the motherboard that will take at least 10 days for a replacement motherboard since Moto M phone is very new in the market.

Motherboard is the heart of any electronic device and just within less than 20 days the motherboard going off is totally intolerable.

Speaking to the Motorola phone support people they say that they cannot replace the phone.

Thus I request you to please look into the matter and get my phone replaced. Having the central unit changed is something that cannot be taken in that too in the initial stage itself of purchase.

As per Flipkart's norms they have completely denied and they are giving replacement only under 10 days of purchase that has been crossed and now my warranty and other claims are the liability of the manufacturer that is motorola.

Kindly replace my phone. Having a phone with a replaced motherboard is something I cannot digest.

    Same incident has happened to me. What's the point of buying a phone and having its motherboard replaced within a month. What's the whole point of a new phone? Pathetic consumer response from Motorola.

    Why you say products in warranty if charge i am not happy with your moto M please dont be cheat to customer
    & please follow to ethics
    Give reply if you have any morol ethics in your company
    Just use 7 month only & you take charge on mobile i dont believe your product in future also
