Poor service from service center

on 16.04.16, I gave my mobile phone(xiaomi mi4i) to the mi authorized service center,bhubaneswar as it was having a charging point issue.Job sheet#JS16041600822. Serial#867634020448799.Expected date of return was 30.04.16 & I ll get a message when it will be repaired. Bt I didn't get any communication & when I called to the phone number of the service center which I ve received from MI customer care, nobody responded.on 03.05.16, I went to the service center which is 20kms far from my home. I got negative response.Then I contacted customer care twice on 04th & 11th.lodged complaint#1623466.Talked to their floor supervisors.Bt they r also giving me waiting period like 48hrs or 72 hrs. The customer care also has no contact with service center.They are also not telling whether the mobile phone can be repaired or not, what is the present status of phone, where is my phone. They ve taken a advance amount of Rs200/-. from the last 1 month, I am waiting for their reply.
