mobile in warranty but did't repair under warranty

on 24 th of dec. my mobile was totally dead. after that on 25 th I was going to the service center of Rourkela branch.(Samsung) . the name service center is we care, udit nagar branch.

in front of me the service engineer mr. himansu behra opened my Samsung e7 mobile and broken my lcd.ultimately he told your screen was already damaged. give the estimated bill of repairing I.e.of rs.16370. also I had paid the bill of estimated bill of rs. 150.00
I was also lodge the complain in the Samsung customer care . the complain no. is 3702684410. but no reply from Samsung side. so pls advice.
