Dear sir,

I have to state that i have purchased one mobile set brand name Redme Note 3 gold 32GB from M/s TVS Electronics Ltd Bangalore.
Copy of the bill is here by attached.
The company has sold me faulty product.
The battery back up of the mobile do not support the claim as made by the company. On one occasion its touch screen stops working. These points was raised before the company in the emails copy is attached herewith. It was the policy of the company to replace the mobile with in a period of 10 days of the delivery. I have raised my complaint on dated 30/07/2016 as the product was received on 23/07/2016. In spite of the policy for replacement the same was not replaced.
you are requested to instruct the company for replace my mobile.
