Deficiency in the product Samsung Mobile Handset or service while still under warranty

Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your kind notice and due direction that, I purchased a Samsung Mobile Handset (Model: J2) from the Samsung Dealer: "C D Traiding, Phase 10, Mohali" in Nov-2015. This Handset is still under-warranty.
Last week, my handset started giving some charging trouble and so I turn to the Samsung Service Centre to get it repaired as under one year free warranty. But they refused to provide me the due service free-of cost, instead they charge Rs. 400/- and thoroughly harassed me and blamed that you had intentionally done this.
Kindly give the due direction to get the Justice as under my Consumer Protection Right.

    Hello Sir I have ordered Mobile Motorola Moto G turbo gen on Amazon on 27/03/2016, Amazon show that the discount ₹7500/on ₹12500/ you have only pay ₹4999/.I ordered it has been confirmed. But yesterday night the order was automatically cancelled. I want to know that the company is fraud???
