i buy yu yuphoria device in 2015 and i have some problem in that . and i tell to custome care no about the problem he says to submimy evceo micrmax care and in 15 workng daysi get my device back at my home address . but today more than 1 month are gone and i did not get my device back . when i talk to customer care he says that ur device is repaired and received in warehouse and it is ready to dispatch . but today more than 20 days are gone it is not dispatched yet . and i didn't get any positive response from customer care . plaese help me .
