Complaint about Defective mobile delivered by Amazon company

I purchased Moto G Plus, 4th Gen (Black, 32 GB) from Amazon website (amazon.in), order no is - 403-1740817-5686721 and company delivered the mobile on 05.10.2016. i notice faulty display and inform the company same day to replace or return the device. Representative of Amazon company asked to take DOA letter from service of Moto. But service centre refuse to DOA letter without giving any reason. I informed amazon company about this but they also refuse to return or replace the mobile.
