Complain regarding pickmi service, Denial of Service by Service Center of MI

This is regarding pickmi service ref no:9000019568. I own MI4I, which screen got cracked in the month of May 2016(Within Warranty Period). I opted for pickmi service and send the mobile for repair to Service center in Ahemdabad as per policy of pickmi for warranty services issue.
from service center i got the replay that Warranty does not cover the physical damage cases. I agreed but the paid service estimated cost given to me was Approx 11000/- (see below the details of reply from service center), this cost includes the replacement of onboard also. I queried to service center , why replacement of Board is necessary(The issue was only with screen and My mobile was working fine except the lower part of touch was not working). I asked the reason to replace the borad which costs around 6000/-. It was told to me deposit Rs.11000/-(Approx) on the given bank account or ur mobile will be returned unactioned.
To my surprise , i didn't get any reply from service center and My Mobile was returned un-repaired. Niether the service center nor the Customer Care of MI replied correctly and my phone remained unrepaired.
Through Local Service center from Jabalpur(Not of MI), i got my mobile repaired at the cost of Approx 3000/- and My mobile is working fine now...there was no issue of On-Board(which Costs Rs6000/-) and i m sure my query was right from service center.
