Fraud done by Mobikwik and MS Lumia

Dear Jaago Grahak Team,

I had buy the MS-Lumia 540 mobile on Sep2015 due to Mobikwik cashback offer running at that time(the offer was to get 300rs cashback on adding 300rs in mobikwik wallet till 12 months) but after 4 months of availing this offer the company had stopped the offer and When i get connected with them both the MOBIKWIK and the MICROSOFT, both are not taking the responsibilities nor even listening the customer Issues, blaming each other so please help us to file a proper complain against them & tell us the solution how to get the money...
