i have purchased new mobile battery model no karbonn A19 via online trading from above mentioned website but i got it faulty in my first use but it was not working so i complain to related department of above company but they do not taking any action and are not change my defective battery karbonn A19 .
I already have sent my defective part to company but they are not providing any satisfactory ans. and also replacement my product
request -new battery available please solved my provlem
