Impossibly high interest rates purchased a Bosch washing machine for Rs.26000 through Bajaj finance

I purchased a Bosch washing machine for Rs.26000 through Bajaj finance on 05/09/2016 and started paying the monthly installment of Rs. 1505. 4 months back the official from Bajaj finance told me that it is the last installment and don't have to pay any installment. But to my surprise, I got a call from Bajaj finance on 18/11/2017 that I have to pay Rs. 15000 for the overdue installment. The statement says that the loan amount is Rs. 2961 but including other dues the amount now is Rs.15000
