Unnecessary charging interest for amount paid after 25 days

I took a home loan from PNBHFL gurgaon with details given below. I have faced a lot of problems with this bank regarding false commitments and abnormalities in statement of account like
1. I was given loan amount cheque on 15.02.16 bot in SOA it is appearing 15.01.16. So they have charged interest of these 25 days unnecessarily.
2. I made part payment of 200000 on 29.02.16 but in SOA it was initially showing 03.03.16 and then 18.03.16 .
3. I have made complete processing and legal fee as per commitment, but still my account is showing that INR 5686 is still due on my part.
4. I have been taking up this matter with bank for more than one month but i haven't received any positive response from bank. Rather they don't reply to mails or phone calls properly and doesn't seem to be taking interest in resolving my issues.
Left with no other option, I have come to you for helping me in preventing bank for extorting interest for money for the period they have not even disbursed the amount.
