Without Any Reason My Bike Loan Over Due Charges Applied

I Mr Indrajeet Mallah I Have Finance A New Bike On 09TH FEB 2021 And since I Have Close My Total Due of EMI 60,500/- My Loan Number is CDGOKTW2101260003
Last EMI closing Date is 07th March 2023 And EMI per Month is RS@3050/-
Ther are 3 Bounce charges is Charge RS@8500/-

But I am Checking status through SHRIRAM FINANCES Its may shows that your Loan is Active And you Have To Pay Over due Amount of RS.173/-

Suddenly I Have Visited at Shop AGency And inform To The Shop Agent Name is MANISH PANDEY He checked and Told me sir your all Due is over And There is No any over due charges please Help me what to do
