WE WOULD LIKE TO COMPLAINT AGAINST FALSE RECOVERY ATTEMPTS, HARASSMENT, FRAUDULENT DEMANDS OF INTEREST / DEMAND OF LATE PAYMENT CHARGES AGAINST A NON EXISTENT INSURANCE POLICY ISSUED IN OUR NAME & CONSISTINGLY BEING ADDED IN THE EMI’S OF OUR VEHICLE LOAN NO. :- CHNDGO408270001 OF OUR SMALL GOODS CARRIER, TATA ACE-EX NO. HR 68 B 0256, OWNER – SANJIV PURI, RESIDENT OF PANCHKULA ( HARYANA ), BY M/s SRIRAM TRANSPORT FINANCE CO. LTD. PANCHKULA BRANCH – 1ST FLOOR, PLOT NO.145, INDUSTRIAL AREA, PHASE – 2, PANCHKULA, HARYANA.
SINCE AUG 2015 , WE HAVE BEEN CONSISTENTLY PURSUED, HARASSED BY EMPLOYEES OF M/s SRIRAM TRANSPORT FINANCE CO. LTD. PANCHKULA BRANCH – 1ST FLOOR, PLOT NO.145, INDUSTRIAL AREA, PHASE – 2, PANCHKULA, HARYANA, BY MEANS OF REPEATED PERSONAL VISITS, TELECALLING, SENDING FALSE RECOVERY MESSAGES, FOR THE PAST 12 MONTHS, TO RECOVER NON EXISTENT INSURANCE POLICY PREMIUM AMOUNT ADDED IN OUR MONTHY EMI AGAINST THE VEHICLE LOAN.
DESPITE OUR DENIALS AND REFUSAL OF HAVIING A POLICY WITH THEM, THEY KEEP ON ADDING THE LATE PAYMENT, PENALTY CHARGES IN THE EMI AMOUNT OF OUR VEHICLE LOAN.
THE FACT IS THAT WE HAVE NO INSURANCE POLICY OF OUR VEHICLE HR 68 B 0256, WITH SHRIRAM GROUP, SINCE THE DAY OF THE PURCHASE OF THE VEHICLE.
COPIES OF OUR MAINTAINED POLICY FROM OTHER COMPANY SINCE THE DAY OF THE PURCHASE OF OUR VEHICLE HAS BEEN GIVEN TO VARIOUS REPRESENTATIVES OF SRIRAM TRANSPORT FINANCE CO. LTD. ( PANCHKULA - HARYANA BRANCH ) HARD COPY AT LEAST 5 TIMES, EMAILED DETAILS OF THE SAME, SENT BY WHATSAPP ON SMARTPHONE AND WE HAVE HAD SEVERAL DISCUSSIONS WITH VARIOUS EMPLOYEES OF SHRIRAM GROUP, ( RECORDING OF WHICH WE POSSESS ) ABOUT THE FALSE POLICY ISSUED IN OUR NAME.
INSTEAD OF HELPING US OUT IN CLEARING OUR PROBLEMS, SHRIRAM EMPLOYEES HAVE STOPPED TAKING OUR CALLS, MESSAGES & NOBODY HAS CONTACTED US FOR THE PAST 5 MONTHS. WE INVITED THEM TO COME & COLLECT THE EMI & ALSO TO BRING US THE NO DUES CERTIFICATE IN THE INSURANCE MATTER, BUT SO FAR NOBODY HAS REPLIED TO OUR REQUESTS.
WE HAVE ALSO REGISTERED OUR COMPLAINTS WITH SHRIRAM FINANCE, MUMBAI OFFICE AND CALL CENTER.
OUR CREDIT REPORTS ARE BEING HARMED, ENTIRELY DUE TO THE CARELESSNESS AND INCOMPETENCE ON THE PART OF SHRIRAM TRANSPORT FINANCE CO. LTD. INSTEAD OF RIGHTFULLY CLEARING OUR NAME, THEY ARE CONSISTLY LEVYING INTEREST CHARGES & LATE PAYMENT CHARGES TOWARDS OUR ACCOUNT.
