i have taken machinary loan from yes bank Ltd in 2016. sanction letter and loan agreement states zero foreclosure charges after two years. i have paid regularly EMI since last five years. now i want to foreclose the loan with my fund. i have submitted the request to the concerned person on mail since 25th june with all documents and statements. they are not allowing me to foreclose the loan. and asking for foreclosure charges and harassing me by not giving approval for the same since last 20 days.
they are not abiding by their own documents ( sanction letter and loan agreement ).
kindly look into the matter.
its a grave injustice to my consumer rights,
i have complained on their grievance department and principal nodal officer also
but no response from them also.

it is increasing my interest load as next EMI is due again in this time loss.
